The standing asanas are the foundations of the physical practice.
No matter is you practice 1st series or 4th, the standing asanas are practiced which suggest how important they are. In this workshop we will look at these fundamental asanas and see how you can squeeze the most out of them depending on what your body needs!
All levels welcome. If you do not practice Ashtanga but love Vinyasa this workshop is a great way to look at the fundamentals of some of the most utilised asanas from Vinyasa.
