Headstanding Workshop with Katy

Come join Katy for a three hour workshop to help you to learn and strengthen your headstand. 
In this workshop you will learn how to safely and effectively prepare headstand and well as understanding the key mechanisms to help you lift off. We will be exploring several different technique of getting into headstand as well a a few variations to keep you challenged. You can expect a 60 minute Vinyasa flow to warm up the body as well as a gentle yin inspired cool down from after all the upside down time we will be spending together.
